    Corpswing contributes up to 90% of your monthly medical premium costs. Contractors can choose from one of four plans from BlueCross BlueShield including Health Savings Account (HSA) plans and some with lower deductibles.

  • Dental & Vision

    Corpswing contributes up to 50% of your monthly dental and vision premium costs. Contractors can choose to opt out of dental, vision, or both.

  • 401(k) Match

    Corpswing provides a 401(k) plan with an 100% employer match up to 4% of the employee's contribution.

  • Flex Spending Account (FSA) for Dependent Care & Healthcare Costs

    Corpswing contractors can contribute to our Flex Spending Account (FSA) as a way to spend pre-tax dollars on healthcare (non-HSA plans) and dependent care related expenses. Our FSA includes a $550 carryover allowance for any money left in the account at the end of the year.

  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability

    Corpswing provides an employer-paid policy for short and long term disability. The short-term disability benefit is 60% of weekly earnings up to $500 for 12 weeks, and the long-term disability benefit is 60% of monthly earnings up to $6,000 per month after a 90-day elimination period.

  • Life Insurance

    Corpswing provides an employer-paid policy for group term life and AD&D insurance equal to annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000.

  • PTO (Personal Time Off)

    Personal time off is pro-rated based on contractor start date and length of employment.

  • Holidays

    Corpswing offers eight paid Holidays per year, including two floating holidays, providing the flexibility to celebrate the holidays of your choice: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving (floating), Christmas Eve (floating), Christmas Day.

  • Paid Parental Leave

    Corpswing offers two weeks of paid maternity/paternity/adoption leave to welcome your new addition to the family. We follow FMLA rules beyond the first two weeks.
